Dr. Lubicky has impacted the state of West Virginia and the Greater Orthopaedic Community through his dedication to patient care, his commitment to education, and his leadership.  

To show your appreciation, as a gift for him, we ask that you consider contributing to the department.  A few fields on the form have been prepopulated.  We are requesting that donations be made to the Orthopaedic Surgery Discretionary Account.  

These donations will be used by the department for resident education and orthopaedic department educational events focusing on pediatric orthopaedics.

Donations can be made through the West Virginia University Foundation and are tax-deductible.  â€‹
